je viens d'installé mon scanner un epson perfection 2580 photo, par contre dans photoshop cs3, il est introuvable dans importation

non je ne l'ai pas il y à juste une casse à cocher "dossier des modules externes supplémentaires" bizarre comment faire

Contact le support Epson et explique ton cas, ils vont t'envoyer le fichier correspondant

en passons par le dossier importation exportation twain plugin est bien présent, quand je clique dessus cela m'ouvre photoshop mais me dit que photoshop ne redonnait pas ce type de fichier

Je ne comprends pas, tu me dis que tu n'as pas le fichier TWAIN.plugin et tu clique dessus ça ouvre Photoshop ??? Donc tu as bien ce fichier ???

Vérifie le câble USB et si tu passe par un hub branche ton scan en direct pour voir si ce ne serait pas un problème de connexion.

honnêtement t'achète un logiciel pour allez le scanner dans un autre ???

Readiris Pro 11 has been rewritten from scratch and is optimzed for the latest Mac OS X versions. Therefore it does not support the plugin protocol anymore and it is only compatible with TWAIN drivers. The reasons for this are technical, in order to be compatible with the future Mac OS versions and Mac-Intel platforms.

Some scanner manufacturers have already developed new TWAIN drivers for their scanners. However, we do not know if they have or intent to develop TWAIN drivers for your scanner model. Please check with the scanner support the availability of TWAIN drivers for your scanner model.

You can continue to use Readiris Pro 11 to do OCR, even if there should be no TWAIN drivers available for your scanner model.

Please proceed as follows:

- Scan your document with the basic scanner software.
- Save the image to the HD.
- Start Readiris 11 and open the image file from disk.
- Do the OCR job..
